Al Hartmann | The Salt Lake TribuneThe Salt Lake County Planning Commission took a driving tour of the proposed site of Tavaci Development at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon Friday June 7. Although much of the infrastructure has been in place for years most of the housing lots have reamained unsold. Developer Terry Diehl is asking the county to rezone 47 acres for a high-density project after disconnecting from Cottonwood Heights, which did not go along with his request.
