Michael A. Olsen brings 45 years of land development and construction experience throughout the western United States — Utah, California, Nevada, Wyoming, and Idaho. His background spans marinas, master-planned housing and resort communities, ski resorts, golf courses, and hotels.

As President and Founder of The AIMTEC Group, Michael currently oversees nearly 3,000+ units of single-family subdivisions and construction, and nearly 2,500 units of apartment development across Utah. His international work extends throughout Africa, India, and the Islands of Palau.
